Shipping & Returns

All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

All products are packaged discreetly and securely to ensure product integrity during transit. Each vial is vacuum-sealed and protected with appropriate padding. Products are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy.

Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch. East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) may take 5–7 business days.

Shipping is completely free on all orders across Malaysia, with no minimum order value required. We believe in transparent pricing — what you see is what you pay.

Currently, we do not offer a separate shipping insurance add-on. However, if your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or at [email protected] and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

We currently ship within Malaysia and to Singapore. We are actively working to expand our shipping coverage to other countries in the region. Please contact us at [email protected] if you are located outside of these regions and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the courier's website.

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us via WhatsApp or at [email protected] and we will investigate and update you as quickly as possible.

If your package or products arrive damaged, you must record a video of yourself opening the package — this is required for any damage claim to be valid. Send the video via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will assess the situation accordingly.

All orders are dispatched from our facility in Malaysia.

Order changes can be accommodated if the request is made before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or at [email protected] with your order details and the changes you require. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make modifications.

Order cancellations are accepted if the request is made before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you wish to cancel. If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. A full refund will be issued for eligible cancellations.

Due to the nature of our products (research peptides and compounds), we are generally unable to accept returns once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched. All sales are considered final. However, if you have received an incorrect item, a damaged product, or experience a quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp and we will make it right with a replacement or store credit.
